Robbins Water and Well Service is a great family owned business. They promised to drill 350 ft but went down to 366 to hit a better water-bearing fracture and a more productive layer of the aquifer. Those extra 16 feet can make a massive difference in how many gallons per minute the well produces and how quickly it recovers.

Kurt came out today on a call I placed in the morning, he listened to my diagnosis and figured out the issue very quickly. Extremely professional and fast. His price was fair and his work was good. He also used better products than what were initially installed which ensures I won't be encountering the same problem in 5 years. He had my water up and running in about an hour. Timeliness, professionalism and expertise is what Robbins Water Service provided me. My well pump failed and I called RWS — they were able to schedule the replacement that day. Kurt arrived on time, reviewed the issue and provided options for the replacement. I was most amazed that Kurt recommended the less expensive solution as the right fix based on the current piping. His honesty is very much appreciated.
